Formed in 1999, SFIC’s Young Leaders Chapter comprises second-echelon industry leaders aged 40 and below. It was established as part of SFIC’s leadership succession plan to help steer the future growth of the Council and ensure continued relevance in a changing industry landscape.
With changing workforce demographics and the rise of younger business leaders and consumers, YLC creates a more holistic experience through events and activities that encourage experience-sharing, business networking, and community cohesiveness.
